Alberta
The Recycling Council of Alberta (RCA) mission is to promote, facilitate and advocate for a Circular Economy in Alberta through waste reduction and resource conservation.
British Columbia
Coast Waste Management Association (CWMA) is a membership association serving the solid waste industry in coastal British Columbia. It fosters environmental leadership and best practices by providing a forum for discussion, education, and networking.
National
Waste Reduction Week in Canada is a year-round program, focused on the principles of circular economy, resource efficiency, and waste reduction. The program’s primary purpose is to celebrate our environmental efforts and achievements while encouraging new innovative ideas and solutions. The celebratory nature of the campaign is what motivates learning and behaviour change.
Ontario
Circular Innovation Council – originally established as Recycling Council of Ontario in 1978 – believes solutions for greater resource efficiency is to advance the circular economy, which decouples economic activity from the consumption of finite resources.
The Municipal Waste Association (MWA) facilitates the sharing of municipal waste reduction and recycling information and experience across Ontario
Waste to Resources Ontario (W2RO) is an environmental services association representing the waste management and recycling sector in Ontario. Its membership includes more than 250 companies and organizations in the private and public sectors, which manage 85% of Ontario’s waste and recycling.
Conseil des entreprises en technologies environnementales du Québec (CETEQ) is the association of the private companies that are active in the main areas of the green economy in Quebec.
Saskatchewan
Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council (SWRC) is dedicated to helping the people of Saskatchewan reduce waste.
